Agricane is a leading Agricultural Engineering and Development company, whose aim is to provide a comprehensive, quality service that will create environmentally sustainable agricultural developments and production in Africa.

From incorporation in 1996 we have been at the forefront of agricultural development, dealing with both large and small-scale agricultural development projects.  To date, Agricane is the market leader in agricultural development and, as a result, we have been growing steadily for 13 years.

Our highly qualified and experienced personnel have deep roots and proven knowledge in remote African conditions. To date, we have extensive experience in 12 African countries working with the private and voluntary sectors.

Whilst our main area of expertise is in sugar cane production, we have skills and extensive expertise in coffee, tea, tobacco, jatropha and commercial crocodile production.

Agricane has the advantage of experts in irrigation, bulk water, drainage, agronomy, mechanisation and project management. To compliment these fields we also have our own survey and remote sensing division  that covers anything from cadastral to topographic, through to engineering surveys and satellite imagery and interpretation.
