Projects are identified by the management team and the Trust committee, formed by the communities themselves, ensuring investments respond to local priorities and that the Trust commits to lasting benefits.

From schools, clinics, and childcare centers to staff housing, water infrastructure, and public facilities, these developments strengthen essential services, improve access to education and healthcare, and help create more resilient and prosperous communities.

In a region susceptible to flooding, high water levels regularly ruin crops and livelihoods, destroy roads and bridges, and cut off communities from essential services and markets for weeks.

Led by community leaders, Agricane deploys its agricultural engineering expertise to identify areas of risk and construct appropriate drainage systems to safeguard against flooding. Post-rainy season, we also grade and level key transport roads that were rendered impassable by heavy rains.
